Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be processed and 4-6 working days for shipping from our warehouses in the UK, USA, or India depending on the product's global location. We here at Art Houz UK are excited just as you are and make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.
What about shipping?
We at Art Houz UK ship both domestically and to several international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location.
Personalized (custom) orders take 6-8 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order.
We are happy to announce that we are open to your online orders! International shipping will resume in 2022.
Handling & Packing
All our Artworks are in one way or another unique pieces. As we can tell from our experience handling artwork requires precision, and accuracy and can’t be done in a hurry. We take the utmost care by packing the items, ensuring they are properly and safely wrapped and prepared for transport so they arrive undamaged wherever they will be sent to. We try to do our best and ship your desired pieces to you as soon as possible, but we reserve up to a minimum of 1-2 business days for preparing the artworks for shipping.
For your peace of mind, all the shipments are fully insured.
BREXIT NOTICE - Updated Thursday 31st December 2020.
The UK will leave the European Union as of Friday 1st January 2021; as a result, some of our tax and shipping policies have changed. If you live in the UK, your buying and shipping experience from Art Houz UK will not be affected.
However, if you reside in a country in the EU, there are a couple of things you may need to be aware of:
You will no longer have to pay VAT on your purchases with us.
If applicable, you will be required to pay import/customs duties on any purchases from us. These charges will not be covered within your order, and you will be liable to pay these charges when your work is being processed at customs.
The shipping of our works may take a little longer than you are used to due to the new customs procedures.
We reserve the right to choose the shipping service depending on the order and its country of destination. You’ll get an email with the tracking number as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
If you have any questions regarding the above, please do not hesitate to get in touch at email@example.com and we will be more than happy to help.
At Art Houz UK, we have implemented specific measures and restrictions to ensure the safety of those most important to us, our staff, and our followers. With this is mind, our shipping can be affected depending on the localised government restrictions. We will do our utmost to keep our shipping timeline as swift and as uninterrupted as possible, however, certain inevitable circumstances will mean that there may be some delays in the dispatch of your order, but we will keep you updated on the order.
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.
Art Houz UK is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies, and it is not the responsibility of Art Houz UK to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and potential charges.
Art Houz UK is not responsible for any payment on customs duty. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup, and payment is taken care of.
If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for the original shipping.
If it is a custom piece and it is returned to us, you should contact us immediately to arrange to reship as custom orders are final sales and we cannot refund you for the purchase.
Should Art Houz UK mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to be paid immediately.
As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Art Houz UK is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur to reroute or reship the package. Please note, we are not responsible for any address and order errors made by the customer.
Will I have to pay taxes and duties?
It’s important to note that once your order reaches its destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are paid by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
In summary, you will have to pay taxes and duties in your own country. This is extra and we have no control over it. By purchasing an Art Houz UK product, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your financial responsibility.
How can I cancel or change/edit my order?
Please note that once orders have been placed, we are unable to make any changes. If your package is sent back to our warehouse and you would like for this to be reshipped, this will incur a reshipping fee.
How do we ship your orders?
Some editions (sculptural or particularly delicate artworks) may necessitate flat-packing or crating. We take great care in packaging the works to ensure each delivery arrives with you safely.
Prints are carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, rolled, and packaged in shipping tubes for delivery.
How long does shipping usually take?
All orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping usually takes a minimum of 4-5 business days depending on where you are based and confirmation of this will be sent to your email along with a tracking link.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email that your purchase is on its way and provided with tracking details so can keep an eye out for your piece.
If you have any queries regarding a shipment, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds unless there is probable cause for the piece to be returned. If you are unsure about our return policy, please see our Terms and Conditions or get in touch with one of our team at email@example.com.
What if my item arrives damaged or is lost in transit?
We inspect every item before it is shipped out, therefore, we cannot accept any responsibility once it has left our warehouse and if your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged due to carrier carelessness. Please contact the shipping carrier for further information on your order. We would also be happy to assist should there be any problems: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, we are not responsible for stolen packages, or any address and order errors made by the customer. Please see our damaged policy on our Terms and Conditions page for more information.
